“More than 15 years ago, the Anaheim Union High School District (AUHSD) embarked on a journey to re-imagine education for the middle and high school students it serves. The concept was called ‘Community Schools.’ It’s an approach to education that honors the humanity of each teacher and student, and is critical to equitably preparing each student to reach their full potential.
